What is a plot NDC?
DHA publishes material for obtaining a No Demand Certificate. A buyer should understand the account position and the relevant clearance requirements before transfer, rather than relying on an advertisement stating that dues are clear.
What should you ask the seller for?
Ask which document establishes the current position, who is authorized to obtain it and whether it remains relevant to the planned transaction date. Compare its property plot details with the other documents.
Check dues and transfer charges
Clarify which payments clear the property account and which payments form part of your agreement with the seller. Resolve responsibility for any outstanding amount before committing to a completion timetable.
Help with your NDC requirements
Elaaf Associates can explain the No Demand Certificate requirements and help you prepare the transaction details. DHA issues the NDC through its official process. The property owner or an appropriately authorised representative follows DHA’s application and collection requirements.
